Seinen Kakumei Utena (it's Seinen, NOT Josei), crossing with Penguindrum starting Part 2

Timeline: 10 years post Revolution, few weeks post Fate Train Transfer
Notable Chars: Trans Utena, shadow boys "K-taro" and "S-taro" (do you really need to ask who they are?)
Notable "Mysteries" Covered: Nemuro Hall, Child Broiler, Million Swords, Fate Train, Shadow Girls, Invisible People
Summary (or rather, Excerpt): “The revolution succeeded; it crumbled afterwards only because those whose lives got revolutionized did not follow up on the revolutionary success,” said the Bride, her words setting their closed hearts aflame. “This time, will you help us help you?”

After what seems like an eternity of non-fic writing, I have again written something in tribute of this timeless shoujo anime classic. This is a work dedicated to the passionate, wonderful people at In the Rose Garden (the thread for my fic here), which even now remains the coolest place for Utena fans to hang out online.

I only just now got my copy of the third novel, so here's a translation of the third novel's prologue. (It's also here on tumblr, I'd appreciate it if people reblogged my own posts instead of making their own since creeping on the reblogs' tags/discussion gives me joy. XD)

I also wrote up some short summaries and snippets of dialogue as I was reading the novel which you can find over here. I don't have the free time at the moment to tackle the whole book in the immediate future (though if no one else does it, I'm sure I'll do it eventually), but I'm definitely going to translate the bits and pieces I find most interesting.

The speech patterns here indicate Shouma addressing Ringo.

The name of the music score at the ending of ep24

Hi guys:

Does anybody know what is the english (or any alphabet-presented) name of that incredible music score they played towards the ending of Ep 24? I remember it starting out as a delicate piano piece in the scene with Masako Natsume waking up and telling her little brother about her dream of Kanba saying he loved her, then gradually enriched itself into a full orchestra at the point when child Kanba and Shouma walked into the starry sky followed by the 4 penguins. I may need this info to complete part 4 of my Penguindrum/SKU fanfic Seinen Kakumei Utena, due to come out in a few days.

Accepting Mawaru Penguindrum Perfect Guidebook Scan Requests

NOTICE: The scans post will be members-only.

Hello!

Since my copy of the guidebook arrived today, I thought I'd scan some pages. BUT I'll have scanner only until Tuesday. I have no idea what y'all want to see, so let me know, and I'll try to scan it. FYI: the guidebook is an A4 size! It's awesome, there are TONS of pictures and lots of info as well as staff interview including Ikuni and voice actors.

Please, don't ask for translation, I don't have time for that. But if there's anything you'd like to see, let me know.

Also, mind that I won't unbind the book.

Basically the contents is the following:

1) Gallry (tons of images both big and small, some new some not (I think).
2) Characters pages.
3) Interviews with voice actors (including supporting actors like Ishida and Noto, for example).
4) Two pages per episode which include the ending animation, the summary and a lot of small screencaps.
5) Staff interview.
6) Contribution (not sure what it is yet, but it looks like a wall of text on Penguindrum by some people, haven't checked it yet).
7) And the special part with all the sketches, penguindrum logos (like coffee, good, road signs, etc, everything!), ending cards (few per page), etc

It's basically around 200 pages. It looks awesome. I haven't had time to read it yet though (Penguindrum's Japanese has always been troublesome for me)

EDIT: H-holy molly, okay, I'll try to scan everything requested by Monday evening, I've already scanned around half of it anyway. Just FYI: I won't edit and level, etc those scans, since I don't have time, I also didn't scan two-page images, because I don't want to ruin the book (there's that one awesome image of Himari with her penguin and Sanetoshi with his rabbits though :3)

f/s [masako natsume cosplay wig]

Hi! I was wondering if anyone would be interested in purchasing this Masako wig from me? I bought it from this seller and the wig came exactly as pictured. I tried it on so the curls may not be exactly as in place as when it had arrived and will need some restyling. I'm asking $35 shipped for it within the US!
